Author & Quillwielder
Nathalie T Maddox is an avid food enthusiast, a seasoned geek, and a Dominican-American author. Writing stories that not only flourish with complex characters but also explore growth and empowerment is her ultimate aspiration. Since youth, magic and animals have captivated her heart. Of course, this means as an adult, she has a home full of fur-kids with her husband and children, and has grown into a fantasy writer.
When she’s not typing away in her office, she’s reading with a large iced coffee (iced even during cold weather). And although she was born in the summer and appreciates a great beach day, autumn is the season she thrives in best. Her husband/soulmate’s favorite, on the other hand, is winter. They’re high school sweethearts and a couple of dragon-loving nerds. And a fun fact about her: She loves, and always will love, the morally grey villain.

The Vow & Ruin of Enchanted Secrets
Maura Seleste is an emotionless and efficient killer. She’s rotting away in a prison when a mysterious agent breaks her out and makes her the school’s latest recruit. She accepts for one reason: to use academy resources for her secret mission. For her hunt after a man who’s a myth.
But the Academy is deadlier than any of her past missions. The ones who run it demand perfection, savage trials break even the strongest recruits, and every student is a rival with blood on their hands. Then there’s Agent Skyguard, the handsome agent who freed her. He’s her new mentor — and a puppet in her grand scheme.
